Join Driven Otaku

So you've found us and now want to join our group. Well its easy, simple, and best of all its free.

Our goal is to support the conventions we go to, even if we are not displaying.
What this means,

1.Every member is responsible for buying their own convention ticket. Cons that we will be attending usually have cheaper prereg, so we will post prereg links for those cons when they become open.

2.Conventions are family oriented, so if we catch you using foul language or disrespecting a con staff member we will remove you from the group. Keep in mind that kids repeat what they hear at cons so again foul language will not be tolerated.

3.Members are expected to help with set up and break down the equipment. We use real speakers, this means that they are rather heavy and take time to set up. Set up includes: connecting all the wires (correctly), testing the equipment, and positioning the speakers. Break down includes: disconnecting and storing all the cables, transporting the equipment to and from the vehicle, and finally making sure nothing gets left behind (equipment isn't cheap)

4.Finally we all want to enjoy the cons so we all take shifts running the booth. if there is a gathering that you want to go to let us know and we will have another member stand in for you during the gathering.

After you've read all that your probably wondering what more we could expect from you before we let you join. Well its simple, email us with the following:

1.Your first and last name
2.Tell us which part of Driven Otaku you want to join (you can join more than one)
-Itasha
-Cosplay
-Music
-Media (Photography and Videography)
3.If you're joining the Itasha part of our group send us the following:
-photos of your car (front, left side, right side, rear, engine bay, and interior)
-List of modifications
-any sponsorships your car might have
4.If you're joining the Cosplay part of the group send us the following:
-Animes that you will/have cosplayed from
-Cosplays that you already have
-Any cosplays that you are planning or want to do
5.If you're joining the Music part of our group send us the following:
-any references you have from djing
-your preference in music and what you spin
-if you have pro dj stuff tell us what you use
6.Give us a brief description of yourself and who you are.
7.Tell us why you want to join. What do you want to gain by joining our group?

Meetings are held via fb or skype, hey we have to have money to spend at the cons so lets save the gas money instead of going to someones house for a meeting.
