How we got started

I (Mike) was a member of another car group and after a few disagreements we kinda went our separate ways, still great friends though and epic memories. but aside from that The rave truck first debuted at sacanime winter 2011 on Friday and Saturday night. Some of you may remember me as the guy selling glow sticks, and that's how it all got started. About 80% of the profits from all glow stick sales got towards improving the rave truck and getting the ravers eclipse started. by the time we get around to next year we should have 2 maybe even more cars to display. it all depends on how the fans react, we had a huge draw with the great value on high intensity glow stick last year and everyone was excited to see something besides a dark car at night. I'd like to personally thank Jazel From TeamLOVEHATE for talking to Jason and Dan and vouching for me to display the rave truck, Without them this would have just been a mad mans dream and never seen the light. future upgrades include custom stereo system (already halfway done) and vinyls, however we will take a different approach to the itasha styling by fusing transparent vinyl with E.L. paneling to provide a vinyl that will light up and be visible at night. all things considered glow vinyl vs E.L. vs lit vinyl im still researching but in the end it will be epic. I'm looking forward to seeing Lovehate at future conventions and just hanging around.
